Manila has been judged as one of the worst cities in Metro Manila. Manila is dying. And quickly. But a group of young people says it is not too late to revive this dying city. Starting with Escolta, a historic street in the capital that was used to be the center of commerce for Chinese, European, and Latin American Traders. Escolta with its historic and beautiful architecture is the backdrop of the renewal of Manila. People are putting up specialty pop up markets, opening restaurants, holding bloc parties, renovating heritage structure, the works.
